Motorcycle nuisance

On June 3, officers pursued a rider in Desborough who failed to stop and made off from officers. Thanks to the persistence of the neighbourhood team, the rider was quickly detained after falling from the bike uninjured. They have been reported for failing to stop and driving without insurance. The bike has been seized and, as it cannot be legally insured for road use, will not be returned. 

The following day on June 4, officers also recovered two hidden bikes, both confirmed as stolen and believed to be linked to ongoing nuisance in the area.
