Crime prevention event

On Wednesday 13th May 2026 Neighbourhood Officers and PCSO’s from Rochdale and Middleton took part in a crime prevention event with the Rochdale Police Cadets in the Middleton area. This covered different streets which had been flagged by Police data as being hotspots for crime in recent weeks. This ranged from burglaries, theft from motor vehicles, robberies and more.

During the event officers and cadets split up into 3 teams posting leaflets at addresses and speaking with residents reassuring them as well as showing a visible presence.
