An update from your local Neighbourhood Police Team.

CRIME

We have had reports of thefts of registration plates in Kingsbury Road and Holyhead Road. Tamper resistant fasteners can be purchased either online or appropriate retail outlets. These will protect your registration plate from being stolen. 

WHAT’S BEEN HAPPENING

Officers were involved in holding the scene in Radford for the unexploded WW2 bomb. Thankfully the bomb was safely detonated. The operation went smoothly with all emergency agencies working together. 

A prolific shoplifting offender has been arrested and charged with eleven offences. This has been a good result for the stores involved and the local community. Officers continue to investigate and gather evidence for more shoplifting offences so persistent offenders can be dealt with in a timely manner.

Finally……TAKE THAT are back in town and performing at the CBS Arena. If you are attending the event please take care of your belongings and beware of who is around you. Above all enjoy the concert.
