Crimes reported over the past seven days. Burglary Dwelling Around noon on Thursday 28 May in George Street, Hucknall, two teenage males broke into a property via the back door, draws were opened, a bureau was rifled through and wallets opened. Cash may have been stolen. Burglary Other Between 10.30pm on Thursday 28 and 7.30am on Friday 29 May in Victoria Street, Hucknall, an unlocked shed was entered at the rear of a house and a shiny scarlet Shop Rider Mobility Scooter with a red/grey seat and large grey tyres, was stolen. Theft of motor vehicle Nothing to Report Theft from motor vehicle Between 8.00pm on Tuesday 26 and 8.33am on Thursday 28 May in Blenheim Court, Blenheim Park Road, Hucknall, alloy wheel covers, the front bumper, front lights and front numberplate were stolen from a parked white Ford Transit van. Theft Nothing to Report Violence against person At 4.52pm on Monday 1 June at the NET Tram Stop, Ashgate Road, Hucknall, a male was on the platform shouting abuse at females. A man approached him to challenge his behaviour and had beer thrown in his face and a mobile phone thrown at him. The offender was described as white, 50’s, bald head, wearing a Nottingham University shirt and a light blue top. He was drinking alcohol. Criminal Damage Between Friday 22 May and Monday 1 June in Ruffs Drive, Hucknall, a hole was made in a bedroom window which appeared to have been caused by a shot from a BB gun. Between 8.00am and 4.30pm on Tuesday 2 June in North Hill Avenue, Hucknall, silver and gold paint was sprayed on a house. At 10.45pm in Hankin Street, Hucknall, a the back of a silver Ford Kuga, parked at the roadside, was kicked by some children scratching the paintwork at the back. ASB Around 2.45pm on Thursday 28 May at Tescos Stores Ltd, Ashgate Road, Hucknall, a female had a conflict with three male youths at a Zebra crossing in the car park who then verbally abused her calling her hurtful names. They were around 13/15 years old, one wearing a black helmet and on a black moped, a second on an electric scooter, the third on foot. At 6.46pm on Sunday 31 May in Titchfield Park, Hucknall, a report of a grey Yamaha motorbike with Swiss registration plates racing around the park near the top car park. The driver wearing a black helmet and hoodie the passenger had a grey hoodie, shorts no helmet.. Both white males in their mid teens. At 11.30pm on Monday 1 June in George Street, Hucknall, a report of someone knocking heavily on an elderly persons door. At 7.18pm on Tuesday 2 June in Bestwood Road, Hucknall, a report of youths throwing rocks at other children and at the callers house near the recreation ground. Described as 10/11 year old white males, one 4-00” tall, blonde hair, grey sweatshirt, brown tan boots. The second also 4-00”, brown hair, blue t-shirt, green/olive trousers, tan boots.
