Carlton Green West

I have extended the Watch area covered by Carlton Green West to include that part previously covered by East and have added a couple of names into your Watch from that area.  The old GGE did extend right up to the road North of Carlton Green and possibly covered some of the houses there.  I presume that was unintentional so I have restricted your new area just to Carlton Green.  There is one member of CGE who is not actually a resident in there.  I am trying to contact her (the email does not work) before finally deleting CGE.
