Large quantity of Nitrous oxide seized

We have recovered a quantity of drugs after we received information from the community about drug dealing in Wednesbury.

On Sunday evening, neighbourhood officers acted on information from residents and arrested a man sat in a parked vehicle on Addison Terrace.

Following searches, officers recovered 10 boxes of nitrous oxide along with balloons in carrier bags.

The 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class C drugs.

He has been bailed pending further enquiries.
