Stepping up our patrols in Clayhall SNT |
Antisemitism, hatred and violence have no place in our city. Following recent attacks on the Jewish community, the Met has stepped up activity across the capital, deploying thousands of extra officers shifts to protect Londoners alongside intensified investigations leading to arrests. In addition we have recently announced the launch of our brand new community protection teams, bringing together neighbourhood, specialist and counter terrorism officers together to tackle hate in all of its forms. More details can be found on our news page.
Today your local policing team have been out in Vi & John Rubens House (Jewish Care). We have been visiting residents and reassuring them.
Residents are always warm and welcoming to officers.
