Community Safety Message |
||
|
We are aware of concerns from residents regarding anti-social behaviour and large groups gathering in parts of Burry Port. While young people and community members have every right to enjoy public spaces, behaviour that causes alarm, distress, intimidation, damage, or disruption to others will not be tolerated. We would also like to remind everyone that hate crime and hate-related incidents have no place in our community. Any behaviour targeting a person because of their race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or transgender identity is unacceptable and may constitute a criminal offence. If you witness anti-social behaviour, hate crime, or have concerns about large gatherings causing issues in your area, please report it. Information from the public helps us identify patterns, direct patrols, and take appropriate action. 📞 Report non-emergency incidents via 101 or online. 🚨 In an emergency, always call 999. Together, we can help ensure Burry Port remains a safe, welcoming, and respectful community for everyone. | ||
