Traffic operations - Wembley

Last week, your local officers carried out a range of operations aimed at reducing crime and anti-social behaviour.

As part of this activity, officers conducted vehicle stop operations over four consecutive days across Wembley, including Lakeside Way, Brook Avenue, Wembley High Road and Preston Road. These operations specifically targeted ongoing issues involving e-scooters, e-bikes and mopeds.

The results were very positive, with over 60 uninsured vehicles seized and removed from the streets. In addition, more than 50 traffic offence reports were issued to riders.

The operations were well received by members of the public and provided valuable opportunities for positive community engagement. Please see some of the photos below.
