Operation Handbrake 🏍️ .... 🚓

This weekend our team added another 5 off-road vehicles to our collection of seizures

It’s almost like they heard the nice weather was coming out and thought, - “Perfect day to get my vehicle seized!” ☀️👏

As part of this operation we have tried to educate riders, there are plenty of legal and safe places to use an off roader, there are at least 2 in Wigan  - Check the internet for more details.

Unlicensed and unsured vehicles on the roads are not acceptable to other road users.

Reminder: If your ride sounds like a swarm of angry bees and you’re putting the public at risk, it’s not just annoying it’s illegal. Under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act, antisocial or dangerous driving can get your vehicle seized.

Save yourself the walk home (and the paperwork)… maybe stick to something with pedals instead 😉🚲
