Male arrested in Possession of Class A Drugs

On Wednesday 20th May 2026 PS Jennings and PC Rana were on foot patrol in the area of St John's Church, Mattock Lane, Broomfield Place, and Radbourne Walk conducting ASB patrols due to issues that have been raised in regards people causing Anti-Social Behaviour by drinking, taking drugs, and dealing drugs.

As PS Jennings and PC Rana were walking along Radbourne Walk they saw a group of 4 people loitering about half way along Radbourne Walk. As they approached one of the males went to walk away but was stopped by the officers. The group consisted of 3 males and 1 female. Three of the males were recognised by officers as being regular drug users. The group were detained for a search under Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act.

One of the males was found in possession of three (3) wraps of Cocaine and One (1) Wrap of Cannabis. He was arrested by PS Jennings for Possession of a Class A Drug and Possession of a Class B Drug and taken to Acton Police Station.

The male was charged with this offences and was bailed to appear at court.
