Humberston & New Waltham Crime Data: May 2026 |

Dear residents, please find crime data update for May 2026- I want to share and celebrate that last month across the wards saw a slight seasonal decrease in crime but still remains low in the area which could not of been achieved without all the work of you the community, our partners and the local policing team do on a daily basis.
Crime Headlines: On 2nd May 2026, there was a police deployment at an address on HEATHLAND WAY, HUMBERSTON following a report of a disturbance. The suspect left the address prior to police attendance. On 11th May 2026, a suspect who was also a reported missing person was arrested at a caravan park on ANTHONY’S BANK ROAD, HUMBERSTON for several offences by police following information received. On 13th May 2026, two suspects caused damage and entered inside a public house on STATION ROAD, NEW WALTHAM before making off with money and items. There were a few other linked outbuilding burglaries in NEW WALTHAM at nearby properties on CHARLES AVENUE/FARMHOUSE MEWS. Both suspects have since been arrested and charged by police. Our priorities moving forward in May/June 2026 period will be focusing on Anti-Social Behaviour and Community related issues.
