Your local Barkingside Safer Neighbourhoods Team have been out and about conducting high-visibility cycle patrols across the ward, focusing on community reassurance.

As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping Barkingside safe, officers have carried out reassurance visits to local faith venues, engaging with community members and providing a visible police presence where it matters most. We recognise the importance of supporting our diverse community, particularly in light of recent events, and remain dedicated to ensuring everyone feels safe, respected, and protected.

These patrols also allow us to engage directly with residents, listen to concerns, and provide crime prevention advice while maintaining a strong presence to deter criminal activity.
