Lancashire Constabulary takes reports of speeding seriously. We understand speeding poses a real danger to everyone, not just road users. You can report regular excess speed to us at Speed Concern Submission – Lancashire Road Safety Partnership

If you’ve spotted bad or inconsiderate parking, you can report it directly to Lancashire County Council. They are the team responsible for dealing with parking issues.

Parking complaints such as vehicles on double yellows, obstructive parking, overstaying, or misuse of bays are usually handled by the local authority’s parking enforcement officers. Unless a vehicle is causing a dangerous obstruction or there’s another clear police matter, we can’t take enforcement action.
