Update on DOMINION HOUSE rough sleepers.

Good evening Matt,

     I hope you are well. There have been several arrests recently for shoplifters and attempted burglary. Including an arrest for burglary that matches the  ‘Christy’ who was rough sleeping in the basement.

 There have been no recent reports of rough sleepers in the basement. However, there have been ASB reports of non residents loitering in Bathgate Place and outside Sinclair House. Which we are tackling through increased patrols.
