This afternoon an East Cleveland Neighbourhood Police Officer sighted a vehicle parked on Downe St, Liverton Mines. The vehicle was seized under police powers after checks showed that the vehicle is registered SORN (Statutory Off Road Notice) and the MOT expired April 2024. Whilst conducting patrols it has been noticed parked in Brotton and therefore was regularly being driven. It is believed that this vehicle was being used as a community car, these are generally not road legal and are used by multiple persons. |
