Operation AVRO: meet your local officer!

As Operation AVRO activity continues across #Wigan, we’ll be at Wigan Interchange this afternoon to hand out crime prevention advice and answer any questions you may have about your local area.

Operation AVRO is our force-wide monthly blitz on local crime, which runs in a different district each month. So far this morning, we’ve been conducting a range of activity across #Wigan and #Leigh, including Domestic Abuse warrants, mounted patrols and joint visits with Trading Standards.
