Criminal Behaviour Order Issued – Saranjeet BAHRA

We want to update residents following recent action taken by local officers to tackle ongoing anti-social behaviour and offending in the area.

On 15 May 2026, Saranjeet BAHRA was issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) at Ealing Magistrates’ Court following offences under the Theft Act and behaviour causing harassment, alarm and distress.

The court granted this order to help prevent further offending and protect the community. The CBO is in place for 4 years and includes the following key restrictions:

Exclusion zone – Prohibited from entering a large area covering Ealing Broadway, Ealing Common, Northfields, Walpole and surrounding wards (with limited exceptions such as court or pre-arranged appointments).
 

Retail-related restrictions –
• Must not enter any shop where banned
• Must not be found with high-value goods (£25+) without proof of purchase
• Must not possess items with security tags still attached

Drug-related restrictions –
Prohibited from carrying drug paraphernalia associated with illegal drug use.
 

A CBO is a serious court order, and breaching it is a criminal offence which can result in arrest, imprisonment, a fine, or both.

This action forms part of our continued work to reduce crime, tackle repeat offending, and keep our neighbourhoods safe.
