Appeal following theft and assault in Plymouth

We are seeking the assistance of the public to identify the man pictured in relation to an assault and theft in Plymouth.

At around 6pm on Saturday 28 March in the West Hoe area, following a verbal exchange a man had his phone forcibly taken and thrown over a wall by an unknown male.

Officers investigating the incident believe the man pictured may be able to assist with enquiries.
