Fulham Town SNT Community Update |
Good afternoon, Fulham Town Safer Neighbourhoods Team were at Fulham Library today, hosting a drop-in surgery for local residents and businesses. The session gave the community an opportunity to raise concerns , seek advice, and speak directly with officers about issues affecting the area. Focus of the session Operation Sceptre - discussing knife-crime awareness, local enforcement activity, and how residents can support prevention efforts. Community crime prevention - offering practical advice on securing homes, businesses, and personal property. ASB concerns- listening to reports of antisocial behaviour and explaining the steps the SNT is taking to address hotspots. Met Engage- sharing information about how the Met works with communities to build trust, improve visibility, and support local problem -solving.
Why these sessions matter: Drop-in surgeries help strengthen the relationship between police and the community. They give residents a direct line to their neighbourhood officers, encourage early reporting , and support collaborative problem -solving all essential for reducing crime and improving safety. | ||
