Operation Sceptre : Thu 21 May 19:30

Caerphilly Central Neighbourhood Team will be in the car park on Commercial Road, Cwmfelinfach (opposite the Pioneer Hotel) on the 21st May 2026 between 7.30pm - 8.15pm. 

Officers are currently taking part in Operation Sceptre, a national anti-knife crime campaign. 

As part of it, we will have a knife amnesty bin so people can safely and anonymously surrender knives and blades. 

People transporting knives for surrender are advised to wrap and secure them safely before travel.

We will also be providing general safety and crime prevention advice, including home security, vehicle crime and personal safety.
