Cycle Operation on New Kings Road, Parsons Green SW6

Hope everyone is all good and well. I just wanted to bring it to your attention, that last week your safer neighbourhood team officers for Walham Green, assisted its sister ward's initiative - Parsons Green and Sandford ward, in participating in a cycle operation that was conducted in order to tackle cyclists contravening red traffic lights. The reason why we carried out this Cycle Op is because we had reports and complaints of cyclists crossing red traffic lights and putting other road users safety at risk. Overall, the cycle operation was very successful, we served Fixed Penalty Notice fines to cyclists who were identified contravening red traffic lights during the event.
