We have successfully secured a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) against a male known to many in the community as “Lime Bike Guy”, following his persistent parcel thefts across the area.

The individual pleaded guilty to 9 offences, including multiple parcel thefts and breaches of a Community Protection Notice (CPN). He has been sentenced to a 16-week custodial sentence, suspended, and is now subject to a 5-year Criminal Behaviour Order designed to protect residents and prevent further offending.

Banned from entering the entire South Acton ward

Prohibited from entering the garden or boundary of any residential property where he does not live

Not permitted to ride any bicycle within the London Borough of Ealing unless it is registered in his name
