New NHW Scheme Request - Black Hill Road, St.Ives

My name is Janet Thomas and I am a Membership Support Administrator (MSA) and the Vice Chair of Huntingdonshire Neighbourhood Watch Association (HNWA)  along with my fellow MSA Jo Hall, who is the Chair of the Association. As an MSA we have been granted access to a set of NHW Scheme management tools in order to oversee more than one NHW scheme. We are in charge of all the scheme's in Huntingdonshire.

We have had a notification that you wish to start a new scheme in your area. With any new scheme request, MSA's meet with the scheme coordinator to have a chat regarding setting up the scheme, supply some information and answer any questions you or your members may have. Once this has been done, we 'approve' the scheme.

I would like to arrange a date/time when my colleague and I can meet up with you, either at your house or at a cafe etc. I have some dates when Jo & I are free to meet up with you. 

Thursday May 28th at 10am.

Friday May 29th between 2pm & 3.30pm

Tuesday June 2nd between 10am & 11.30am or 2pm 

Wednesday June 3rd at 2pm

If you cannot meet up during the day could you please suggest some evenings when you will be free.
