Quick Update

Whilst on patrol, SNT officers sighted a vehicle that was previously of interest, and it just so happened to contain a disqualified driver who continues to drive, despite being on a suspended sentence by the courts.  Vehicle sighted heading into Swadlincote and stopped.

Driver Mark Massingham 32yrs was arrested, charged and remanded to court for driving whilst disqualified and with no insurance.

He was sentenced to 18 weeks imprisonment due to continuing to drive, disqualified for a further 12 months and 63 days and ordered to pay fines and costs.
