Mountsorrel Beat Team – Weekly Update

Over the past week, the Mountsorrel Beat Team has been actively working across the area to support the community and address local concerns.

Officers responded to a report involving a vulnerable female, where appropriate safeguarding measures have now been put in place. The team will continue to carry out regular visits to ensure her ongoing wellbeing.

A number of crime enquiries have also been progressed across the beat, including obtaining statements in relation to various incidents. In addition, officers have conducted reassurance visits to several local businesses, helping to maintain strong relationships and provide continued support within the community.

Working in partnership with Housing, officers carried out a joint visit to speak with another vulnerable female, ensuring that the appropriate support and assistance were offered.

High-visibility patrols have taken place throughout the village and will continue in order to maintain a visible police presence and provide reassurance to residents.
