ASB in St Annes town centre |
||
|
Over the weekend you may see an increase in patrols in St Annes town centre.
This is in response to recent incidents of anti-social behaviour (ASB) and nuisance over the last couple of weeks.
Officers will be out on foot patrol supported by our Mounted Branch @Lancspolicehorses, Fylde Council and CCTV.
We will be engaging with those in the area to ensure there are no further incidents, whilst offering reassurance and support to the public, local shops and businesses.
We have already made an arrest in relation to a recent incident. Our investigation is continuing to identify further individuals involved, who will be dealt with accordingly.
Abusive, threatening or violent behaviour will NOT be tolerated and we will continue to take robust action against those engaging in these types of behaviours.
We encourage our community to report any ASB to our control room via 101 (non-urgent incidents) or 999 (emergencies). | ||
