Community Engagement: Inspiring the Next Generation at Woodcote Primary School

Today, officers from local Safer Neighbourhoods Team had the distinct privilege of visiting the pupils at Woodcote Primary School.

The primary objective of the visit was to build positive relationships and familiarise the children with our role withing the community. During the engagement session, the pupils demonstrated immense enthusiasm and curiosity. They were provided with the opportunity to interact directly with officers, explore our standard uniform items, and try on police headwear.

We are incredibly grateful to the staff and students at Woodcote Primary School for their exceptionally warm welcome.  Initiatives like this remain vital to our commitment to inclusive policing, ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and valued by their local police service.
