Higher Blackley Community Meeting

Good morning, 

Residents we are holding our monthly meeting for residents of Higher Blackley community centre to voice any concerns in the local area.

present at the meeting will be local Neighbourhood policing officers and council and the ASBAT TEAM  (anti social behaviour team).
