The Mini Police from St Peter’s church of England School, Fairfield have been extremely busy and hardworking over the last two weeks. Last week, the children asked to be part of a community litter pick, showing real pride in their local area. High Peak Borough Council (HPBC) kindly provided all the equipment needed, allowing the Mini Police to safely walk around the estates and park areas of Fairfield, collecting litter they found along the way. Taking part in litter picks helps children understand the importance of caring for their environment, working as a team, and taking responsibility for shared community spaces. The Mini Police absolutely loved helping to keep their local area tidy and were incredibly proud of the difference they had made.
A huge well done to the Mini Police for their enthusiasm, teamwork, and commitment to making Fairfield a better place – and thank you to all partners involved for their continued support.
