Witness appeal after St Albans robbery |

Dear Resident, Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a robbery in St Albans. Between 8.30am and 9.30am on Thursday 7 May, a man aged in his 20s reported having his mobile phone stolen by three males on a pathway along Alban Way. Detective Constable Simon Day, from St Albans CID, said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and I am asking anyone with information to please come forward. “I am particularly keen to hear from anyone with CCTV footage who may have captured suspicious activity in the areas of Sutton Road and Alban Way during this time. “If you have any information, please email me via Simon.Day@herts.police.uk.” You can also report information online, speak to an operator in our Force Communications Room via our online web chat or call the non-emergency number 101, quoting 41/42222/26.
