Witness appeal after St Albans robbery

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a robbery in St Albans.

Between 8.30am and 9.30am on Thursday 7 May, a man aged in his 20s reported having his mobile phone stolen by three males on a pathway along Alban Way.

Detective Constable Simon Day, from St Albans CID, said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and I am asking anyone with information to please come forward.

“I am particularly keen to hear from anyone with CCTV footage who may have captured suspicious activity in the areas of Sutton Road and Alban Way during this time.
