Rogue Traders

Dear resident,

We have received a number of reports in relation to rogue traders operating in the Whitchurch area of Cardiff. After conducting a thorough investigation, we'd like to reassurance residents that the individuals involved are genuine employees of a well-known media provider. 

The media provider has been contacted by officers from South Wales Police and they have confirmed they have canvassers operating in the locations that were reported to us, who were selling broadband. Suitable feedback has been provided to the company in relation to the approach used by their agents. 

We encourage members of the public to remain vigilant and continue to reports concerns they may have over suspected rogue traders in future.
