Section 59 Warning For Anti-Social driving

Good Morning Residents, On Saturday 9th May 2026, I took enforcement action against a vehicle repeatedly causing disturbance on The Leas and in Folkestone Town Centre. The driver was revving the engine excessively and driving at speed, creating both noise and safety concerns.

A Section 59 warning notice has now been issued. This places the driver on notice that any further anti‑social driving within the next 12 months will result in the vehicle being seized without further warning.

We will continue to take robust action against behaviour that affects the quality of life in our community. Thank you for your continued support.
