Neighbourhood Update Hello Resident, I hope you are doing well. It’s PCSO Priest here with the weekly Neighbourhood update.
What has our team been doing? Officers of the Bartley Green Neighbourhood team have attended St Francis Centre for are monthly Cuppa with a Coppa. It was nice to see so many people attend, as well as speak to so many present about any issues in the area, advice on something, or just a general chat.
Officers of the Bartley Green Neighbourhood team have also conducted a Junior PCSO Patrol with the year fours of St Peters Catholic Primary School, helping to address the questionable parking made by drivers who are waiting to pick up their children, by speaking to the drivers themselves alerting them to how they are causing an offence due to their parking.
Upcoming events for April Here you can find a list for our future community events with the following dates and times: . Cuppa with a Coppa on 14/05/26 at 10:00-11:00 AM, located at Milebrook Hall, Field Lane, B32 4ER. . What’s been occurring in Bartley Green Since the last WMNOW message, we have received 3 thefts from a motor vehicle within the area of Bartley Green. We advise you to take out any valuables such as your wallets or bags etc, to limit the amount of lost property you may lose. We also advise you to take out any plastic carrier bags from your vehicle, as offenders will think there is something of value within the bag and will attempt to steal it.
Since the last WMNOW message, we have received two reports of criminal damage to a property. We advise you to install CCTV cameras as this can help record any offences being committed what can help officers to be able to identify the offender. We also advise that you install double glazed windows as these are stronger than regular single glazed windows, reducing the cost of the damage made to your property.
Additional Information We encourage residents to register their home/business CCTV and doorbell cameras, as this helps us to solve crimes and get a positive outcome, as your CCTV cameras can provide us the appropriate footage what captures the crime in question. This helps us solves crimes but also helps to keep your community safer. Use the link below to register your CCTV cameras by putting in the relevant details what the West Midlands Police website asks of you CCTV Registry | West Midlands Police

We are still experiencing an increase of demand from across the area over the last few weeks, with more people calling and asking for help. Our staff work extremely hard to answer and respond to your calls and live chats. But due to the high demand it can cause callers to have to wait longer than they should, what is something neither of us want at all. We prioritize your enquires/calls based on how urgent they are, but we always appreciate that you want help as soon as possible.
In Non-emergencies circumstances, we want you to get in contact with us through the live web chat, or the Non-emergency telephone 101. If your circumstances are emergencies, then please call 999. Bartley Green Neighbourhood Team. | ||
