Burlington Mews - ASB group |
||
|
Dear Resident, I am writing with a brief update following my letter regarding Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) and crime in the area around Sevenoaks Leisure Centre, the Town Car Park and the Environmental Park. I have now set up a dedicated My Community Voice (MCV) group for Burlington Mews residents. Moving forward, I will post updates directly to the MCV group so that information can be shared with all residents at the same time. I am still waiting for all residents to sign up, so if you are part of the local WhatsApp group, I would be grateful if someone could share this message via the share button below. If there are residents that have not yet provided me with an email address, please feel free to contact me directly and I will ensure they are added to the MCV group. This platform is intended as a two way communication tool. While it is not a group chat, it does allow residents to send messages directly to me that will not be visible to others, as well as enabling me to provide updates to everyone collectively. Please note though that this is not the right channel to report incidents, please continue to report matters via the main control centre. As mentioned previously, I am keen to arrange an online meeting to discuss progress, answer questions and look at next steps together. I would be grateful if you could let me know if the following date works for you: Tuesday 19 May 2026 at 12:15 hours, This is, of course, flexible and I welcome your feedback, but if a couple of residents confirm then I will lock in this date and send out invites. Thank you again for your continued engagement and patience. I appreciate the challenges this situation presents for residents and I remain committed to working with partner agencies to reduce the impact of these issues and to keep you updated as matters progress. Kind regards,
