Witness Appeal and Crime Prevention Advice – Barton under Needwood

Police are investigating two burglaries that occurred on Oak Road and Station Street, Barton under Needwood, between 6 May 2026 and 7 May 2026. In both incidents, access was gained through rear patio doors.

We are appealing for anyone who saw or heard anything unusual in these areas during this time to come forward. If you have CCTV, doorbell, or dash‑cam footage, please check recordings for any suspicious activity, vehicles, or individuals.

Residents are reminded to ensure all doors and windows are securely locked, especially overnight and when away from home. Please remain vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour promptly.
