Attempted Theft of Vehicle - Effingham Road, Harden BD16

Dear Resident,

At 1.55am on 08/05/2026, at an address on Effingham Road, Harden, the victim was in bed when they received a notification from their Ring doorbell camera. The victim looked at the footage and saw 2 unknown males outside their address. The victim shouted at suspects from an upstairs window that police had been called.

1 male had a long antenna wire close to the side window of her house, the other male was half inside the victim's vehicle, a black Audi Q5. The Victim's husband gave chase to suspects but they managed to make good their escape.
