Road Safety - Fail to comply to the 20 MPH speed limit on Stondon Park Road

Dear Residents of Crofton Park,

Yesterday's collaborative action taken on Stondon Park Rd resulted in tickets and points being issued for failing to comply to the 20 mph speed limit.

Crofton Park SNT would like to thank all those involved in today’s collaborative efforts in addressing road safety in local areas related to drivers exceeding the 20mph. Despite being put in place to reduce casualty rates, many drivers fail to comply and exceed the limit.

Thank you RDRT team for addressing this concern and making such a positive impact on those affected and for ensuring concerns are addressed and tasks are prioritized.

Today’s action resulted in 27 tickets being issued for speeding up to 41mph, identified motorists driving cars with expired insurances which resulted in penalty points and a penalty fine issued.
