With upcoming elections taking place, we want to reassure residents across Wardleworth, Milkstone and Deeplish that we are in place to support a safe, respectful and lawful process for everyone.

We encourage all members of the community to treat one another with respect, whether campaigning, voting or discussing political matters. Differences of opinion are part of a healthy democracy, but abusive behaviour, harassment or intimidation will not be tolerated.

If you have concerns about disorder, intimidation near polling areas, or behaviour that makes you feel unsafe, please report it. In an emergency always call 999, otherwise use 101 or online reporting.
