Successful Cannabis Farm Warrant Leads to Prison Sentences!

In October 2025, following information received from the public, officers from the Bradford East Neighbourhood Team 3 executed a warrant at an industrial premises on Rutland Street, Bradford, BD4.

Upon entering the premises, officers discovered a large-scale cannabis cultivation operation. Two males were arrested at the scene, and cannabis with an estimated street value of over £800,000 was seized.

Earlier this month, both men appeared before Bradford Crown Court, where they were found guilty of production of cannabis.

Thuy Nguyen and Cuong Van Nguyen, both Vietnamese nationals of no fixed abode, were sentenced to 28 months and 32 months imprisonment respectively. Both individuals will be deported following the completion of their custodial sentences.
