Vulnerable Person on Battersea Bridge

Early this morning Chelsea Safer Neighbourhood officers responded to an emergency call for a female on the wrong side of the parapet in distress on Battersea Bridge.

Chelsea officers were first on scene, shortly joined by London Fire Brigade, London Ambulance Service and a Police Marine Unit.

The female was helped by officers and given the care she required by London Ambulance Service.
