Neighbourhood Team Actions

Good Afternoon,

You may have noticed increased activity in the Blaenau Gwent area this last two weeks with officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team carrying out enforcement activities in the area.

As part of the operations, we have carried out multiple searches of properties, vehicles and individuals in order to crackdown on crime and offenders.

We have also been dealing with local issues, in particular, ASB, Crime and rough sleeping in Ebbw Vale Town Centre.

As a result of the actions, we have seized drug items, weapons and suspected stolen property and have made multiple arrests.

We are continuing to target offenders and wanted persons in the area and encourage the public to report any concerns or incidents to us.
