Local Priorities - Drink driving concerns

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Drink driving, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

Earlier this month, we seized a van from Westgate, Guisborough due to suspicions that it was being driven illegally. Even though the context suggested that the driver may have been drink driving, this was not proven. However, the vehicle was missing necessary documentation and the driver was found to have had no valid license. Therefore it was seized and can only be reclaimed by the rightful owner with correct road legal documents.
