Farm machinery GPS thefts - be vigilant!

Two farms have sadly fallen victim to organised criminals this week where GPS domes and a screen have been stolen overnight from the farmyard, investigations and covert patrols of those areas are now underway 

Please remove your GPS and screen from the vehicle each evening after use and store securely overnight

Don't be left the next morning without your GPS and having to get a quick replacement

Most importantly, report any suspicious activity to Police, either via your local Beat Team, Online or via 101 - we are working with the National Rural Crime Unit and the National Construction and Agricultural Theft Team regularly and rely on your intelligence and co-operation to tackle these organised crimes. Reporting to the NFU or a local WhatsApp group, whilst helpful for neighbours and colleagues, will not help us to catch these criminals who are actively targeting our rural Nottinghamshire.
