Vehicle Interference

Dear Resident

You are receiving this as you live in the vicinity of a vehicle interference that occurred on Wyke Lane on Monday 27th April at 02:05hrs

Between the stated date and time, a vehicle was parked, locked, and secure on the roadside outside the owner’s home address.
CCTV shows two individuals walking past the vehicle before approaching it and attempting to open the door. No access was gained, and the individuals then continued walking away.

Residents are reminded to keep vehicles locked and to report any suspicious behaviour

 If you have any information in relation to the above, please contact the Police on 101 or speak to a local PCSO. Please also check your CCTV or Doorbell camera if you have one during the crime timings to see if there are any activations. 

This is also a good time to check your own security; many offences are preventable with small improvements to your vehicle security.
