Burglary Alert - Montague Road

Good evening residents.

Unfortunately, we have had a report of a Burglary at an address on Montague Road.

The burglary has occurred on the 25th of April at around 10:05pm.

While the occupants of the property were out of the house, two offenders have walked down the driveway of a neighbouring property and climbed onto the conservatory roof; they have then gained entry via a bedroom window.

The offenders spend around 40 minutes inside the property and carry out an untidy search. They leave the property via the same route and make off down Montague Road towards the direction of Stamford Square.

They have stolen Jewellery items including gold hoop earrings, 2 x bracelets, one a Swarovski and one a Monica Vinader. They have also taken some costume (fake gold) items. 

Unfortunately, the only description of the offenders is two individuals wearing all dark clothing, they also appear to be wearing some kind of red coloured gloves.

If you have a CCTV system, please can you check your system for any footage which could help the investigation.
