CLOSURE OF A SQUAT 44 HOGARTH ROAD, SW5

Dear Residents,

Earls Court and Courtfield officers have recently removed a large group of individuals from a property at 44 Hogarth Road who were illegally squatting and causing ongoing anti‑social behaviour.

Police attended alongside the housing provider. One individual was arrested for Common Assualt, and the remaining occupants were issued with Community Protection Warnings due to anti‑social behaviour and were instructed not to return to the property.

The housing team has now secured the building.

Residents living in the building can now enjoy their homes without further disruption or concern related to this matter.
