Urgent appeal to locate missing teenager from York 

We are urgently appealing for help to locate Sisam, a 15-year-old boy who is missing from the Fulford area of York.

Sisam was last seen at his home at around 11:15am yesterday, Monday 27 April 2026, and has not been seen since.

He is described as Asian, approximately 168cm tall, of a slight build, with long, straight black hair reaching to his shoulders and a thin moustache.

When last seen, Sisam was wearing a thin black North Face jacket with a hood, a white shirt, black trousers, and black school shoes. He was also carrying a camouflage backpack.

Extensive enquiries are ongoing across York and the surrounding areas, however as time passes, we are increasingly concerned for Sisam’s welfare.

Sisam is known to frequent the woodland area around Fulford Ings and the University of York, and we ask people in these areas to be particularly vigilant.
