Residents are invited to join us for the Swale Community Day on Sunday 7 June 2026, from 10am to 3pm, at Appleyard Sports Ground, Gore Court Road, Sittingbourne, ME10 1QN.

The Swale Community Day is a localised version of the larger Kent Open Days, bringing the same great opportunities right into the heart of the borough. It’s designed to make it easier for local people to connect with the organisations, services and individuals who support our communities every day.

On the day, you’ll have the chance to:

Meet local police officers and staff, along with other emergency services and partner organisations

Learn more about local services, support and crime prevention advice available in Swale

Enjoy interactive displays, vehicles and demonstrations taking place throughout the day

Take part in family‑friendly activities, with food, drinks and ice cream available on site

Entry is completely free, and the event is suitable for all ages, making it an ideal day out for families, friends and neighbours.

Whether you want to ask questions, find out what support is available locally, or simply enjoy a relaxed day in the community, we’d love to see you there. Come along, get involved, and help celebrate everything that makes Swale a great place to live.
