Foot patrol (25/04/2026)

Rick and Lee incorporated open space patrols into their outing today, with the parks positively packed thanks to the summer-like weather (4.64 miles).

Starting out with 1.6 miles of the Eastbrookend Country Park and Nature Reserve (1.14pm, p), including Bardag lake, Footpath 18 followed. It was then through Fels Field before covering just under a mile of Central Park (2.36pm, p) and 3 of its 4 playgrounds.

Woodshire Road made way for Rainham Road South (p) just after 3pm.
